Cancellation:

We understand schedule conflicts and last minutes changes are necessary from time to time. However, we ask for at least 12-hour notice for any cancellation. If the 12-hour window has elapsed, we would still appreciate a call or email to inform us. If no communication is received, then we will treat this as a missed appointment.

Missed Appointment:

Things happen from time to time that are beyond your control. If you fail to come in for your appointment on 3 occasions, you may be restricted from booking appointments with us. We will still gladly accept you on a walk-in basis.
