Cancellation:

We understand schedule conflicts and last minutes changes are necessary from time to time. However, we ask for at least 12-hour notice for any cancellation. If the 12-hour window has elapsed, we would still appreciate a call (leave a message if before or after hours) or email to inform us. If no communication is received, then we will treat this as a missed appointment.

Missed Appointment:

Things happen from time to time that are beyond your control. Missed appointments may result in a restriction from booking appointments with us. We will still gladly accept you on a walk-in basis.
